Joseph “Joe” P. Fallon, 42, of Racine, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 31, 2026.

Born in Milwaukee on Feb. 15, 1984, he was the son of Patrick and Susan (nee Wortman) Fallon. His early life was spent in Mt. Pleasant, where he graduated from Park High School and took automotive classes at Gateway Technical College. On April 23, 2016, in Racine, he was united in marriage to Samantha Schutz.

Joe worked as a journeyman automotive technician at Palmen Dodge, Righteous Automotive and currently Lake Ford. He was a member of Sons of Union-Veterans of the Civil War C.K. Pier-Badger Camp #1 Dept. of WI and was a fourth-generation grandson of a Civil War Veteran. He started acting in Civil War re-enactments at the age of three. He was going to National Civil War events almost every month and made an appearance in the movie “Gods and General” as a Civil War re-enactor.

Joe was a loving father.  His boys were his entire world. He would spend countless hours building Legos and models and even Minecraft worlds with them.

Joe is survived by his wife, Samantha; children, Jaxson and Carter Fallon; parents, Patrick and Susan Fallon; brother, James A. Fallon; sister-in-law, Constance Rodriguez; a cousin who has always been like a brother to him, Jonathan Abrahamson; and in-laws, Lisa and Thomas Stevens.  He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Frederick Schutz.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to C. K. Pier-Badger Camp #1, Department of Wisconsin Sons of Union-Veterans of the Civil War.

A funeral service for Joe will be held on Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026, at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home at 4 p.m. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Sunday, Sept. 13 from 2 p.m. until the time of service. Joe will be interred at Burlington Cemetery with a private service.
