Donelle (nee Martin) Garcia died on Aug. 8, 2026, at the age of 57. Donelle was born to Randi Pierson Martin on Nov. 18, 1968. She grew up in the Delavan area and attended Delavan-Darien High School.
Donelle had four children, Alexandre, Selda, Stephanie, and Elijah; and six grandchildren, Zijada, Zaide, Alexandre, Logan, Carrie, and Oliver. She was married to Manuel Garcia on April 12, 2017.
Donelle enjoyed many simple things including home repairs, decorating, and cleaning. She was a great cook. She loved her cat and enjoyed walking her dog. She loved to read and make candles. She took pleasure in helping friends and family with projects, cleaning, decorating, and babysitting.
Harvestpoint Church at 209 South 4th Street in Delavan will be hosting a Celebration of her Life on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service at Noon. Luncheon will follow the service.
