Glenn E. Boyd, 101, of Elkhorn, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family.

Glenn was born March 11, 1925, in McFarland, the son of the late Edward and Gladys (Vinje) Boyd. Glenn is a proud World War II veteran who served in the United States Army Air Corp. He was united in marriage to Patricia J. Gerth on May 12, 1956, in Chicago. He was an active member in the Elkhorn VFW and American Legion. He enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life.

Glenn is survived by his wife of 70 years, Patricia Boyd; two children, Larry (Bonnie) Boyd and Kimberly (Pablo) Boyd; six grandchildren, Amy (Marcus), Sharon, Jonathon (Jess), Joshua (Mikayla), Jessica (Joe), and Oliver (Kailah); many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Amy Pearl; grandson, David; and twelve siblings, Robert, Kenneth, Lucille, Charles, Edward, Neil, Izola, Allen, James, Richard, Marjorie, and Wendell.

A Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and again 11 a.m. to Noon on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory, 730 N. Wisconsin St., Elkhorn. Funeral Service with Military Honors will be at Noon on Thursday, May 28, at the funeral home. Private Family Interment will be at Southern Wisconsin Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Elkhorn VFW, 16 S. Broad Street, Elkhorn, WI.
