Theresa A. Needham, of Mukwonago and formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Dec. 26, 2025, at the age of 64.
Theresa was the loving and devoted wife of Patrick Needham of 39 years; proud mother of Alexander and Nicholas Needham; and caring sister of Dianne (Larry) Wagner, Barb (Fran) Henderson, Fredrich (Linda) Clarkson, Marcia Kelly, and James (Kent) McNeill III. She is further survived by other relatives and many friends. Theresa was preceded by her parents James Jr. and Maxine McNeill, and stepmother Dee McNeill.
Theresa learned to sew at an early age from her Aunt Mary. She was a talented and creative seamstress, and she was owner of Theresa’s Sewing Shop on Etsy. She enjoyed selling handmade and vintage items for her online shop and at craft shows. Theresa was a wonderful wife and mother. She earned her associate’s degree from Kirkwood for Interior Design and Retail Marketing. Her work career included Roush Products in Iowa, and Unisys Corporation and Principal Financial in Illinois. She retired early to raise a family and become a home manager. She enjoyed travelling, but most of all she loved attending her boy’s athletic events and spending time with family.
Theresa was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Mukwonago.

Services for Theresa will be held at a later date in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Memorial donations can be made in memory of Theresa to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
