Philip L. Vos. 75, died from pneumonia on Nov. 25, 2025, at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California.

Philip was born on June 5, 1950 in Burlington to Cecil and Elinor Vos. He attended St. Mary’s Grade School in Burlington and graduated from Burlington High School. He served in the Marines in Vietnam.

Philip was as a painter. He also worked at Rock River Lanes and Golden Living in Fort Atkinson, and at Menards in Johnson Creek. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his granddaughters.

Philip is survived by his son Cory Vos with daughters Maggie and Reyna of Delavan; daughter Amber (Manny) Mendevile of California with Cecelia, Leighla and Ava; siblings Ronald (Mary) Vos, Jerome Vos and Linda Eppers; and 12 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by siblings Wayne Vos, Carol Kramer, Joan Smith and Lois Cramer.

A Celebration of Philip’s Life will be held on Dec. 6, 2025 from Noon until 3 p.m. at Rock River Lanes in Fort Atkinson.
