Alexander “Alex” James Ruisch of Mukwonago was born Jan. 29, 2006 and born to eternal life on Nov. 8, 2025.
Who was Alex Ruisch? Alex was a gentle giant, a kind-hearted and gentle soul. His big body was dwarfed by the size of his heart. He quietly and compassionately loved his family above and before all else. He especially brought joy and glee to his little cousins, who could never get enough of him. He was his mother’s first, her baby, the son who filled a special place in her heart. Alex was a big brother that Max and Emma looked up to and loved in a way only they could express and demonstrate. For other family members, it was his calm, passive presence that was most meaningful. What Alex did, what he enjoyed, what his interests were, while important, are secondary to who he was and what he meant to those who meant the most to/for him. His physical, earthly presence will be deeply missed but his gentle soul and kind heart, the love he had for his family, will live on. He will be right here, with mom, brother, sister and family, in memories and spirit. Always and forever.
Alex is survived by his mother April Berres; father Nathan Ruisch; brother Maximus “Max” Ruisch; sister Emma Ruisch; grandparents Gene and Linda Berres; uncles Adam (Erin) Berres, Jon Ruisch and Zach Ruisch; aunt Alicia (Paul) Schloesser; and cousins Zoey and Kylee Berres, Avery, Alayna and Mia Schloesser, and Dominic Ruisch.
