Vicki L. Williams, 79, long time resident of Burlington, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2025 at her residence. Vicki was born on July 13, 1946 to the late Vernon and Mildred (nee Tucker) Vawter. She married Patrick Williams and he preceded her in death in January of 1996.
Vicki is survived by her lifetime partner John Fell, son Michael (Rebecca) Barstow, eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Patrick, son Todd and daughter Shannon. Graveside service was held at Oak Hill Cemetery, 1101 Cemetery Rd, Lake Geneva at Noon on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025.
