Howard “Jack” Kelly Walbrant, 71, of Portland, Tennessee, passed away on July 11, 2025 after a 20-year battle with PLS and a recent dementia diagnosis.
Jack was born in Burlington on April 5, 1954 to Howard E. and MaryAnn (Kelly) Walbrant. He attended school in Burlington, graduating with the Burlington High School Class of 1972. Jack was a avid Packer fan, loved his country and enjoyed Country music.
Jack is survived by Pam, his best friend and loving wife of 22 years; daughter Tyler, son Howard (Chelsey), and two granddaughters, all of Burlington; sister Wendy (Steve) Singleton of Lake Geneva; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services and burial will be private.
A Celebration of Life will take place from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2025 at Doc’s on the Fox in Waterford. Please join us in celebrating Jack’s life.
