Allison Ade, 40, passed away unexpectedly on the evening of Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025. Born on Aug. 29, 1984, in Milwaukee, Allie lived a life defined by kindness, generosity, and compassion.
She was a proud and devoted mother of two incredible children, Renner, age 17, and Ellody, age 15, who were the absolute center of her world. To her family, friends, and all who knew her, Allie was a bright light—always thoughtful, always present, and always giving of herself.
Allie touched countless lives through her charity work, her friendships, and her unwavering support for those she loved. She had a rare gift for making people feel seen and valued, and her warmth left an impression on everyone she met.
She was a Branch Manager and Account Executive at Knight Barry Title, Inc. in Lake Geneva. No matter what role Allie held—whether as a mother, in her career, through volunteering, or in friendship—when she set her mind to something, she was always successful.
She is survived by her children, Renner, Ellody and sweet Hazel (her favorite child); the father of her children, Eric Ade; her mother, Pamela Lanting; her brother, Gregory Lanting; her sister, Lisa Lanting; her grandfather, Byrl D. Hopkins; her nephews, Jayce, Greyson, and Asher; many extended family members; and countless dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Lanting, in January 2024; her paternal grandparents, Robert and Phyllis Lanting; and her maternal grandmother, Mary K. Hopkins.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, Sept. 21, at The Breakaway on Hwy P in Burlington from 4 p.m. to close, with a memorial service at 5 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made toward a trust for her children in her honor.
Though her time with us was far too short, Allie’s spirit, generosity, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
