Thomas J. Watters, 58, of Delavan and formerly of Los Angeles, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Aug. 8, 2025.

Son of the late Benjamin and Diane Watters, Tom was born in Los Angeles on Dec. 25, 1966. Throughout his life, he was an avid music fan and became an accomplished drummer. Tom loved the LA Dodgers and the Raiders, and enjoyed playing golf, softball, and “washers”, and spent many peaceful hours fishing on the Kern River. He was an excellent finish carpenter with a passion for woodworking, whose skilled craftsmanship can be seen in homes from LA to Lake Geneva.

Tom is survived by his siblings, Stephen (Barbara) Watters of Elkhorn, Gregory (Kim) Watters of Simi Valley, California, Michael Watters of Conroe, Texas, Kelly Joyce Neff of Pacifica, California, and Ryan Scrivens of Surprise, Arizona; beloved aunt Mindy Giordani; as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
